It’s Lydia Tshabalala, I started to come to your shop last year. I was diagnosed with IBS and food intolerance when I turned 40 years old in 2019.
I was struggling with pain although I was on medication, the doctors told me what to eat but it didn’t help, until I started to look for alternative solutions because I was gaining weight trying to manage the pains and constipation.
I was hospitalised twice, with no solution.
After reading a lot about IBS I didn’t know where to get the right food. I normally go and buy material at Fabric Centre near you, I always pass your shop. On the shop sign it is written Go Natural, one day I decided to enter your shop.
I found your wife, she was so welcome and I was all over the place with questions and she answered all my questions. I was impressed, I came the second time, I bought sorghum, and she milled it for me, I could eat the natural breakfast because I made my maltabela because normal shop maltabela was making me sick with pains, but your freshly stone milled, whole sorghum didn’t make me sick at all.
The added benefit is, I become regular to the toilet. I wanted more and went back to buy yellow corn and they milled it for me. So normally shop white maize meal make me sick, but your milled corn doesn’t make me sick.
Again, I went back again and bought green peas, the normal shop one like green beans and green peas gave me pains, but yours don’t make me sick. Normally I am intolerant to all wheat-related foods, like; bread, pizza, pasta, cereals, etc, but since I bought your freshly stone-milled one, I make bread and no pains and I am regular to the toilet.
Currently, I am not on any medication since I buy my food at your shop, and I also drink kombucha daily, I am still coming for more, your shop has all I need, and I believe it is God who sent me to your shop because I was so happy to know that you are also a believer of the WAY.
I am now a regular at your shop, and I am telling my friends to support you also. I was worried for 5 years that I wouldn’t be able to enjoy my life, but I am enjoying the food that I like again, thank God Almighty for your shop.
Thank you
Lydia Tshabalala.
