About a year ago, I noticed a painful lump under the front part of my foot. During the same winter, I also had the flu twice, which was unusual for me, as I had not been sick with the flu in four years. I started wondering what was happening and decided to see a doctor.

I was first sent for an X-ray, but nothing showed up under my foot. Thereafter, I had an ultrasound, but again, nothing was visible. The doctor then ordered blood tests for autoimmune diseases, and the results came back positive. I was referred to a rheumatologist, who diagnosed me with Sjögren’s syndrome, an autoimmune disease that can potentially affect the lungs, kidneys, and heart. Later that same year, I was also diagnosed with a painful condition, Fibromyalgia.

I know Johan Jacobs from Go Natural, as he also recovered from an autoimmune disease, multiple sclerosis. When I phoned Johan, he suggested that I undergo a complete biological dental revision to remove what he refers to as the most dangerous “dental dragons,” namely mercury amalgam fillings, root canals, and jaw cavitations.

Jaw cavitations are hidden infections in the jawbone, often caused by incomplete tooth extractions where the periodontal ligament was not fully removed.

At my first appointment with the biological dentist, there was only enough time and money to remove the mercury amalgam fillings. Unfortunately, my symptoms did not improve. Johan urged me to complete the full dental revision as soon as possible, so I returned to the biological dentist.

In November 2025, the dentist carefully identified and thoroughly cleaned the jaw cavitations and infections.

Within three weeks, I noticed the lump under my foot becoming smaller. Within three months, it had completely disappeared till today.

Later, during a routine examination with a cardiologist/physician, I mentioned my Sjögren’s diagnosis. He examined the parathyroid glands, where Sjögren’s can sometimes first become visible. He noted only very slight changes, so minimal that they were hardly worth mentioning.

Today, most of my Sjögren’s symptoms are gone. I believe that through the healing power of Jesus Christ, together with the completed biological dental treatment, I no longer live under the shadow of this diagnosis.
